How it works
From one WhatsApp message to a statement
Every order starts with a single message.
You send the details
One WhatsApp message: pickup point, customer name, address, emirate and number, piece count, and order value.
We collect the order
We collect from your pickup point and issue a numbered waybill with the shipper and consignee details.
We deliver and collect
We deliver to your customer’s address against a signature and collect the order value.
We issue the statement
One statement for your orders: waybill number, customer, order value, delivery price, status, and the amount due to you.

Before your first order
What does delivery cost?
AED 25 per order to all seven emirates plus Al Ain and Hatta, AED 40 for inland areas, and AED 50 for the Western Region.
Do you collect the payment from the customer?
Yes. We collect the order value on delivery, and it appears on your statement against each order’s waybill number.
What happens if the customer refuses the order?
The order can come back to you. We confirm the return arrangement and its price with the order.
Do you carry chilled or fragile parcels?
Yes. Tell us the contents when you book, and we will confirm the arrangement and the price.
How long do I have to raise a claim?
24 hours from delivery. Claims are not accepted after that.
How do I send my first order?
Send the pickup point, customer name, address, emirate, number and order value on WhatsApp. The contact page has a message template you can copy.
