Working with merchants

If you sell online, this is how it works from the first order to the statement.

What we need per parcel

These are the waybill details. Send them complete in one message to save the back and forth.

Shipper and pickup point
Your store name and where we collect.
Consignee and address
Your customer and the full address.
Emirate
Sets the delivery price from the list.
Customer number
And a second number if there is one.
Piece count and contents
What we hand over to the customer.
Order value
The amount we collect from the customer.
Notes
Any delivery instructions.

Order statuses

Every order appears on the statement with one of these statuses:

Delivered

Delivered and the order value collected.

02

Delivered with price change

Delivered at a different value, and the statement shows what was actually collected.

03

Exchange

The order was exchanged, and appears on the statement as an exchange.

The statement

One statement for your orders, showing each order value, its delivery price and the amount due to you.

The 24-hour claims window

Check your orders after delivery. Claims are not accepted after 24 hours from delivery.
